Postpartum
Doula Services
in Niagara & Hamilton
Serving families across the Niagara Region, Hamilton and Burlington including St Catharines, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Welland, Grimsby and surrounding communities.
In the postpartum period, support shifts toward recovery and adjustment. This may include newborn care guidance, feeding support (chest/breastfeeding, or bottle feeding), emotional check-ins, and practical help as you settle into life with your baby. My approach is flexible and shaped around what feels most supportive for your family.
